Abstract

To be able to effectively manage the cost of
business, increasing wealth of its owners and the state
as a whole, an effective formation of the competence
cost is necessary. In this process the main role is played
by the system of additional professional education.
Therefore, in the necessity of its further improvement,
particularly in the selection, preparation and evaluation
of personnel in the field of vocational education.
