The Impact of the Financial Policy of the Russian Federation in the Field of State and Municipal Procurement

Abstract
Aim. To analyze the development of the state on the basis of financial policy. To consider the modern approach of the components of financial policy within the framework of the functioning of the state. To determine the impact of financial policy in the field of state and municipal procurement.
Methodology. The work used data from the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, the regulatory framework of federal authorities on the competence, domestic scientists’ materials of scientific research. The main method of research is analysis and systematic approach based on the studied material.
Results. The current trends in the development of financial policy in the Russian Federation are determined. The components of financial policy are analyzed; the concepts are given to each of them. The influence of financial policy in the field of procurement is revealed and their close relationship is determined.
Research implications. This study complements the modern approach to the formation of the financial policy of the state. The results of the study contribute to the modern development of the sphere of procurement and the state as a whole and can be used as theoretical and practical approaches for strategic budget planning.
