Actual Problems of Formation of Innovative Infrastructure of Russian Industrial Enterprises

Abstract

Aim. To analyze the problems and opportunities for the formation and development of industrial infrastructure in Russia under sanctions restrictions, to identify the main causes of these problems and determine their impact on the formation and development of both innovative industrial infrastructure and the creation of technological sovereignty, to analyze international best practices that can be effectively used considering the peculiarities of the Russian national economy.

Methodology. The authors analyzed the international experience in the formation and development of innovative infrastructure, which allows for the improvement of technological leadership at the international level, which for the Russian economy is a strategic factor in the development and maintenance of national technological and intellectual sovereignty and security. The article also analyzes the current state of the Russian industrial innovation infrastructure, identifies the main trends of its development in the current conditions, as well as problems and limitations of its development opportunities caused by the international sanctions policy.

Results. The article examines and analyzes the requirements for innovative infrastructure to increase the competitiveness of the industrial sector of the Russian economy, the fulfillment of which is necessary for the formation of technological and intellectual sovereignty of the national economy.

Research Implications. The significance of this study lies in the fact that the main problems that hinder the development of the Russian innovation infrastructure, including in the industrial sector, are systematized, which is an obstacle to the formation of technological sovereignty of the national economy. The proposed directions for the development of innovative infrastructure are formed considering the sanctions situation of the Russian economy and represent the quintessence of international best practices and realities in which the Russian economy is developing today, since innovative infrastructure is the strategic basis for innovative development of any sphere of the national economy, including industry.
