Abstract
The article considers the possibilities of agricultural production and tourist integration in Russia. In the process of diversification of agricultural branches the author indentifies four stages of their interaction providing detailed characteristics of development models and the structure of agritourist management at each stage. Special attention is paid to the system of cashless tourist transactions, or the so-called «tourist checks», as suggested by the program «Agroturservice». The figures of possible turnover, reinvestment of funds into agricultural tourism and total economic effect are calculated for a three-year period of the project realization.

Abstract
The article examines the theoretical and methodological bases of agro-industrial clusters; it focuses on the development of the cluster theory and substantiates the possibility of using clusters with regard to the agricultural sector of the national economy. The authors advance a working hypothesis considering the agro-industrial cluster model as a possible route for the transformation of the Russian economy. The function of agricultural holdings as «points» of forming branch-specific clusters is highlighted and the importance of creating necessary institutional conditions for the formation of agro-industrial clusters in Russia is underlined.

Abstract
The article examines the current institutional aspects of economic activity taking into consideration the role of public institutions as the most important marker of economic behavior. It is noted that so far the traditional economics has been institutionally neutral, which made economic analysis excessively abstract and formal. The author argues for the need of using the institutional approach to the analysis of economic agents’ behavior and the study of national economic culture. This will allow of studying economic processes more adequately and comprehensively both at micro and national economy level.

Abstract
TNCs from Malaysia have intensified investments into African agriculture by organizing large plantations and engaging in barter relations with local authorities. Large oil companies from Malaysia and South Korea, such as “PETRONAS”, participate in acquisitions of local enterprises and try to organize retail business in the relevant branch of economy. It seems a positive tendency when high-tech TNCs in electronics industry, for instance “Samsung”, localize manufacturing and can offer to African consumers high quality affordable products.

The article reveals integrational aspect of economic education as an important factor for professional training of innovative economy in Russia. The author reveals the main problems of interrelation of economic practices and theories and suggests ways of applying their achievements in economic education. Abstract
In terms of globalized economy, further development of international exchange of goods the key element of the problem situation in Customs Service is a mismatch of environmental factors with expected results, which affects the level of the customs service. The article deals with the practical implementation of modern customs concepts of marketing in order to maximize the promotion of foreign trade activities of companies without prejudice to the effectiveness of customs controls and ensure national economic security.

Abstract
In terms of knowledge economy the competitiveness of enterprises is determined not so much by the scale of activity or the presence of financial capital but by the ability to create and manage new knowledge. The article considers the problem of application of analytical approach based on the study of independent variables and the search for new ways that take into account the expression of emergent properties and management of interdependent variables. The usage of the synergistic approach allows of determining the quality parameters of the transition from independent to interdependent variables. The concept of topology is used to determine the boundaries of the transition. For a description of the internal structure of a synergetic model the authors use the notion “topology” that describes typical typological structures. The key processes underlying the dodecahedron structure of the enterprise are identified.

Abstract
With the aim of increasing the competitiveness of high-tech companies it is necessary to take concrete steps for the development of integration processes which can be the vector of sectoral development. Fundamentally important aspects of this process are to provide an integrated approach for the formation of the scientific production association. Integration processes evolve in accordance with the development of economic processes, which, in turn, affects the conditions, forms and causes of interacting organizations. The study of existing approaches to the organization and management of integrated structures has allowed to reveal the peculiarity of the formation of the scientific production association and to justify the development of this type of integration in high-tech industries.

Abstract
In terms of the knowledge economy high technology enterprises focus on continuous development and competitiveness, this is possible by controlling the flows of information and formalization of knowledge-based information resources. Enterprises have to deal with a huge number of non-formalized information and data. The lack of a universal approach to evaluating the effectiveness of the implementation of a knowledge management system impedes the adoption of effective management decisions. The paper considers the problem of knowledge evaluation of the industrial enterprise. It is shown that the known systems of the indicators do not take into account the relationship between KMS and the main business processes of the enterprise. The authors present the original system of indicators to assess the contribution of knowledge in knowledgeintensive innovative development of the enterprise based on the elaborated criteria.

Abstract
Customs authorities apply a system of risk management to identify goods, vehicles of international transportation, documents and persons which are subject to customs control, the forms of customs control applied to such goods, vehicles of international transportation, documents and persons, and also the level of customs control. The authors considered one of the approaches enhancing the efficiency of risk management system. The application of this approach will help customs officers focus on high risk areas and ensure a more efficient use of available recourses.

Abstract
This paper analyzes the interaction of customs and logistics and transport and logistics infrastructures, and the scheme of their interaction. It is also highlighted the need to create a new institution, such as customs and logistics terminal under conditions of dynamically changing terms of foreign trade. To reveal new opportunities and provide new channels for transport flows and services in domestic and international markets the customs and logistics terminal should perform not only its assessment functions but also be competitive.

Abstract
The article considers some prospects of import substitution in various industries of Russia including the Nizhny Novgorod Region. The economic situation is analyzed in the conditions of foreign sanctions, geopolitical tenseness, the declared course on import substitution and the measures to be taken. On the basis of the review of the industrial development of the industry for the period of 2014 - the beginning of 2015 the author formulates concrete proposals for the implementation of the import substitution program in the sphere of industrial production.

This article considers the definition of strategic management system, its nature, goals and conditions of formation and development in organizations of power engineering of Russia. Strategic management is based on the search, support and increase of new sources of competitive advantages with the aim of raising the price of an enterprise in long-term perspective by means of environmental analysis, formulation, transfer and effective realization of the enterprise strategies in the plane of resource using. The article highlights the problem of converting strategic goals into concrete tasks in national organizations of power engineering.

Abstract
The efficiency of customs authorities is estimated on the basis of control indicators of efficiency which are annually established by FCS of Russia. The purpose of forming the system of control indicators of efficiency of customs authorities consists, first of all, in providing an objective basis for making administrative decisions and controlling their fulfillment. The aspiration to increase efficiency of customs service is closely connected with the development of new techniques of calculating control indicators of efficiency which transfer from officials’ subjective judgments to independent system of assessment.

Abstract
The paper considers the issues of strategic development of procurement planning of innovative products on the part of a client in the sectors “business-government” (B2G) and “business-business” (B2B). The authors consider the problem firstly from the angle of determining the criteria to assess the object of delivery in comparison with market capacity and secondly with account of market dynamics and flexibility of innovative decisions. The first part of the article deals with the task of defining the notion “innovative production”, whereas the second one analyses such feature of innovative production as liability to modifications and its influence on client’s choice. In conclusion the authors analyze a case of client’s choice of potential deliverer in terms of game theory and adapted pay-out matrix with group criteria.

The definition of residential real estate market is suggested. According to it residential real estate market structure is understood as a system of market players acting independently. Abstract
The article substantiates the idea that non-governmental pension funds (NPF) can be considered as systemic formations, open systems that implement a continuous exchange of financial, information and other streams between NPF and the environment. The author concludes that for the purposes of effective management of the fund it is not enough to be aware of, but also to predict the impact of environmental factors on the activities of the fund that may be both negative and positive. Among the environmental factors special attention is paid to economic factors which form primarily the macro conditions of the fund.
