The article attempts at determining the trends of modern civilization development putting into practice the theory of cooperation as a special type of social and industrial relationships based on cooperative ownership, overcoming the alienation of labor and operating in small organizational forms. The restoration of the dominant role of the individual in economic process, the absence of alternatives to cooperation in certain economic and social «niches» as well as a non-massive character of consumer market account for a new stage in the conceptualization of cooperation.

The article deals with the prospects for the development of the united technological platform based on Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). Some problems of Russian, Belarus and Kazakhstan innovation sphere are determined. The author carried out a comparison of the main statistical indicators of innovation sphere that demonstrate real situation in innovation development and proposed the variants of innovation component modernization of Eurasian Economic Union that will allow to bridge the gap with the world leading countries in some aspects.

Under the conditions of globalization and intensification of international commodity exchange whose growth has thrice exceeded the total GDP for the last two decades the formation and efficiency of national customs services acquire a special significance. This significance lies in the necessity of promoting foreign trade activity of companies on the one hand and providing conditions for national economic security by effective customs control on the other.

The article is concerned with the basic modern technologies of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) for hi-tech production, such as Configuration Management, Concurrent (Parallel) Engineering, Collaborative Engineering, Integrated logistic support. The key objects of management in PLM-system of production submitting the list of the main technical and economic indicators of a product are highlighted. A special emphasis was made on information and administrative aspects of PLM- system creation. The article is recommended to the students of economic and technical specialties and experts working in the field.

By using a logistics approach to improving an organizational structure the author proposes a model of information-logistics management process. The proposed model will allow to increase the accuracy of forecasts, reduce the lack of coordination in management, the impact of negative complaints on the resulting performance indicators and finally to improve the organizational structure of an enterprise by selecting an optimal way for its development at minimum costs and within a restricted time-limit.

The development of manager’s professional skills is considered through the prism of seven basic skills of an effective administrator in relation to an industrial organization. The types of interconnected skills are characterized both from the point of the theory of management and practical use. The description of these skills previously systematized by the American consultant on organizational management Stephen Covey includes the so-called “pro-activity”, thinking over the final goals of the activity, ordering tasks according to urgency and importance, completing the tasks, striving for understanding the colleagues’ initial positions, achieving “synergetic” effect in a team work, as well as physical, intellectual, social and emotional advancement.

The article considers the features of express assessment at mass staff recruitment. The procedure of express assessment promotes the acceleration of assessment process and simultaneously reduces expenditures on assessment experts. The first aspect is important for preserving the interest of candidates during a short period from vacancy announcement till employment decision making, and the second - for assessment standardization. The efficiency of such a procedure is proved by high rates and completeness of vacancies filling, as well as the selection of the most appropriate applicants.

The article considers the features of managing the development of HR expert career on the basis of systemic approach. As a rule, the key department realizing the management of personnel careers is HR department. Its functions include planning careers, drawing up the diagrams of careers, formation of a personnel reserve, designing plans of reservists training, assessing the realization of career plans and dismissal maintenance. The paradox is that all this is fulfilled in reference to any division of a company except the HR department itself.

The article describes the approach to the strategic objectives of industrial organizations through business assessment, which is based on the identification of competencies. The analysis allowed the authors to conclude that in present conditions the success of an organization and the achievement of its strategic goals are determined by the competence of its personnel. The authors developed a procedure for personnel business assessment consisting of ten key successive stages. It was determined that in case of changing the purpose and object of assessment the contents of the whole evaluation process should be reviewed. For each stage, the technique of analysis of management situation and the key issues that could affect the results of the personnel decisions are considered.

The article considers some tendencies in the development of Russian manufacturing industry in general, and the Nizhny Novgorod Region in particular, under the conditions of foreign sanctions and the declared course on import substitution. The analysis of the costs of technological innovations of organizations is carried out for the types of innovative activity. On the basis of the conducted research the author made proposals concerning the overall development of manufacturing industry and implementation of the import substitution program.

This article describes the ways of presenting quantitative information characterizing enterprises as objects of organizational and economic management. A technique was proposed to control enterprise activity on the basis of inter-factor manufacturing and economic relations, which provides management staff with more comprehensive information and contributes to the effectiveness of management decisions. The author also designed a procedure of identifying significant inter-factor manufacturing and economic relations that characterize the internal environment of industrial enterprises. The revealed inter-factor manufacturing and economic relations are represented by means of modern information technologies.

The article is devoted to a new and topical direction - the concept of sustainable development. It describes the transition from the idea of sustainable development to its realization in company’s strategic development. The main types of companies’ reporting in the field of sustainable development are considered. The preconditions to the study of the impact of sustainable development on the cost of an enterprise are detected.

The article considers a computer technology of modeling time series with seasonal and cyclical fluctuations with the usage of MS EXCEL. For this procedure a pattern of harmonic analysis and a model of trend are used. As an example the time series of quarterly sales of the company are considered for the period of eight years. In modeling all necessary statistical procedures required for identification and evaluation of the model parameters as well as verification of its adequacy and accuracy have been carried out.

Estimating the efficiency of customs bodies’ activities it is necessary to pay special attention to the indicators defining the tasks set for a customs service, and complex assessment considering all activities of a customs system keeping in mind that the efficiency of assessment depends on the analysis of the end results and their dynamics. The modernization of the system of efficiency indicators of customs bodies’ activities leads to an increase in the level of controlling functions, improvement of management and the growth of national economy.

The article examines one of the approaches to personnel reserve formation based on risk analysis. Its feature consists in carrying out an assessment of actions and decisions at each stage of the project from the point of view of the risks connected with new appointments and possibility of short term vacancies for some administrative positions. This approach is not universal, nevertheless, some of its elements can be used in solving the problems of a concrete company. The use of the whole complex of decisions will allow to minimize risks and to make the process of personnel reserve formation most effective.

The article analyses the tasks and functions of geoportals and formulates the basic definitions. The possibility of using geoportals in e-commerce is revealed and the areas of their mutual penetration are determined. The author argues for the necessity of integrating geoportals in tourist business. The basic outlines of a tourist geoportal are developed. The stages of its designing and the methods of improving its effectiveness are analyzed. The conclusion is made that there is the need of using a network of geosystems in the formation of municipal and governmental reference and informative geoportals.

The article discusses the concept of financial risk as the probability of the occurrence of consequences in the form of income or capital losses in uncertain conditions. The authors argue for the need of implementing management policies of interest rate risks at banking institutions and identify the main stages of management as well as the advantages and disadvantages of the key assessment methods of interest rate risks, i.e. the method of gaps in lines assessing, “duration” method, statistical estimation methods.

The article studies the problems of assessment of economic efficiency of investments at Russian mechanical engineering enterprises under modern conditions. The analysis of the main criteria of an assessment of economic efficiency of investment projects in mechanical engineering is carried out. The shortcomings of criteria for the assessment and their inconsistencies in the conditions of the choice of the optimum investment project from a number of alternatives are revealed.
