The article deals with institutional changes in public procurement. Enabling institutional environment determines the level of efficiency of institutions that are elements of public investment policy. As a result of the study, the author concludes that countries establish institutions, rules, and develop mechanisms to meet public needs. The institutional environment in the sphere of public procurement provides public finance for the real sector of economy, affects the development of the industrial sector, which contributes to entrepreneurial activity and economic growth in the country.

This article focuses on the digital transformation of manufacturing on the basis of product lifecycle management (PLM). The authors propose an integrated approach based on the use of a PLM system and an integrated production management system to optimize strategies and technologies aimed at qualitative improvement of a number of business processes of high-tech enterprises. The general pattern of interaction of various control systems in the structure of the integrated automatic system is presented. In conclusion, the main components of modern integrated production management systems are discussed to improve the efficiency of the modified lifecycle management system.

The aim of the article is to highlight a comprehensive approach to the problem of economic growth of enterprises under modern conditions. The concepts of economic growth and development of the enterprise are investigated. The factors of extensive, intensive and balanced development of the enterprise providing its economic growth are analyzed. Particular emphasis is put on the need to use a balanced economic development of enterprises. The article analyzes such aspects of economic growth as temporal, industrial, social and innovative, which is crucial for the long-term economic growth of engineering enterprises. As a result of the study, the authors concluded that it is necessary to develop methods for a comprehensive assessment of sustainability of economic growth of enterprises to predict their contributions to the recovery of the national economy.

The article deals with some issues of building the structures of urban governance, the particularities of their staff forming in the early Soviet period and the main directions of their economic activity. The relevance of this problem is due to the fact that an objective review of the organizational structure and activities of the Moscow Council will help in identifying the strengths and weaknesses of this body of city government. Of special interest is the experience of administrative and economic anti-crisis activities of the Moscow Council. Some of the solutions applied at that time can be efficient in modern conditions.

The article deals with the impact of digital transformation processes on the change in the structure of production processes throughout the life cycle of products based on the concept of the fourth industrial revolution. The analysis of the integrated automatic enterprise management system is carried out. The authors investigated the main components of the organizational and technical system of product life cycle management. According to the results, it is concluded that the effective use of an integrated automatic enterprise management system is possible only if it is based on a modernized complex of operational scheduling, built on the use of modern specialized software systems for solving problems of operational planning and production management.

The main objectives of the article: 1) analysis of the results of monitoring the current state of pension assets management in the system of non-state pension insurance (NPI), which revealed such trends in the NPI market as a decrease in the growth rate of pension reserves in non-state pension funds, processes of concentration of the NPI market, and 2) substantiation of conclusions and recommendations on improving the allocation of pension reserves, in particular, the expansion of the range of financial instruments with profitability at or above the level of inflation, as well as the revision of the limit of investments of these funds in certain financial instruments in order to liberalize the restrictions.

The factors that determine the dynamics of the development of an industrial type enterprise are considered, two methods for the development of industrial type enterprises are described. The authors examine the approaches on which the business development programs and the organizational structure of the industrial type enterprise management system are based. In conclusion, a number of scenarios for the development of industrial type enterprises are considered, depending on the prevalence of a particular project.

The article analyzes two tax systems for an individual entrepreneur. The right choice of taxation system will allow the entrepreneur to develop his business more successfully in the future. The single imputed income tax is an attractive tax system for small businesses, but it was cancelled in 2021, so there is a more convenient and simple system - a patent tax system, which also allows you to optimize tax payments, since the rate of 6% is much lower than the single tax rate - 15%. The purpose of the article is to prove that the transition to PPS by entrepreneurs will reduce the tax burden, and the advantage of this system is the ease of tax calculation.

The article deals with the problem of rational use of forests in the current Russian legislation. Particular attention is paid to the determination of the permissible annual volume of withdrawal of timber - settlement cutting. To determine the volume of logging, it is necessary to reveal the volume of timber seizures in operational and protective forests for a year. The research gives estimated statistical data on shadow economy in timber industry. The authors provide the example of calculation of the damage caused by illegal logging. This calculation is based on the comparison of data on the area of the houses constructed and the volume of the marketed wood. This comparison constitutes grounds for the calculation of illegal realization of wood.
