In given article are considered questions of modeling educational politicians to Russia on modern stage. From the beginning 2007 there were changes in acts of regions in sphere of material support of development of family forms of the device of children-orphans that has essentially changed regional economic support of citizens to reception in families of children-orphans. The analysis of these policy has shown, that there is no uniform approach by the size and additional conditions of payments on the child. As a result the size of payments on the child in reception and tutorial family, has increased on the average on 35%.
