Research of Social Aspects in the Structure of Civil Aviation Transport Security

Aim. The article considers the task of studying the human component as a security subject from the point of view of sociology, identifying behavioral aspects, identifying links with security and formalizing management procedures.

Methodology. The authors used mathematical tools in the field of the theory of boundary value problems. These problems can be presented in the form of a system of differential equations.

Results. On the basis of the conducted research, the directions of interaction of two complex systems are formulated: personnel and protection systems. Social aspects of personnel activity in the form of some quantitative assessments (expert) are included in partial differential equations describing the situation in a complex system of personnel taking into account security threats. The solution of the boundary value problem is obtained in the format of a certain distribution of the totality of threats according to the topology of the object of protection, which is taken into account when forming the aviation security system of the object of protection.

Research implications. In this work, for the first time in civil aviation, an attempt is made to investigate the issues of aviation security with social aspects taken into account. In order to confirm the results obtained, experimental modeling of hypothetical security threats was carried out in the format of a boundary value problem using the MATLAB system. The simulation results confirmed the fundamental possibility of solving the problem by the proposed method.
