Abstract
Aim. To study the influence of institutional and psychological factors on the behavior of individuals and to substantiate the need to take them into account. Methodology. The article discusses modern approaches to explaining economic behavior, shows the relevance of using, along with traditional methods of economic theory, institutional and psychological approaches that expand and supplement the traditional analysis and understanding of the motives of behavior of individuals operating in a certain environment. Along with traditional economic methods, institutional and behavioral (psychological) methods are used, including observation, comparison, analysis and presentation of generalized results. Results. In the course of the work, the necessity of integration and interconnection of modern neoclassical, institutional and psychological approaches to the study of the behavior of individuals is shown. Research implications. The results of the work show the need for the integrated use of tools of various social sciences (economics, psychology, sociology) in the study of economic behavior and make a certain contribution to improving the tools of these studies.

Abstract
Aim. Based on the analysis and characteristics of the specifics of the qualitative integrity of real political and economic models of modern socio-economic development, to identify their creative, scientific and practical potential for the systematic provision of the progressive dynamics of the public sector of the national and regional economy. Methodology. The methodological potential of the dialectic of «general and particular» is used, as well as the structural-genetic and reproductive approach to identifying the specifics of the relevant political and economic forms of catching-up and leading socio-economic development. Results. The conclusion about the far from being used potential of the individualistic concept in modern socio-economic development, and even in the countries of the leading group, is concretized. The critical importance of civilizational identity and national socio-cultural characteristics in the “point” development of the corresponding political and economic models of socio-economic dynamics has been substantiated. The imperative of the most complete accounting, within the framework of the object space and the logic of political economic analysis, of the phenomenon of increasing complexity in the relationship between the universal and the individual in the development system of different countries has been proved. Research implications. The scientific and practical significance of the conclusions and integral provisions of the article lies in the possibility of their use for the analysis of relevant problems of the development of society and the economy, as well as the development of recommendations in the field of economic policy aimed at optimizing the public and private sectors of the economy.

Abstract
Aim. Explore the relationship between the tourism industry and the country’s economic health due to the spread of COVID-19. Methodology. The analysis of statistical material (the number of tourist arrivals, unemployed, GDP of countries, etc.) is carried out. Changes in the behavior of tourists in connection with the development of the infection were assessed; tourist image of destinations; in the tourism business associated with the need to introduce new technologies. The theoretical basis of crises, disasters, disasters and systems was studied in order to determine the typology of the coronavirus pandemic. Results. The analysis showed that COVID-19 negatively affected the development of the tourism industry, which led to a sharp decrease in the number of trips abroad, dining in restaurants, group travel and the purchase of travel insurance. COVID-19 has gone from being infected with a biological virus to being infected by the financial crisis and more recently into an economic race to restore financial competitiveness. Research implications. The practical relevance lies in the need to assess the role of innovation in the revitalization and rethinking of tourism, while strengthening existing paradigms in e-tourism. The new operating environment fueled by the COVID-19 measures requires firms to implement new technologies and applications to manage crowds and the number of people gathered in public places as the tourism demand crisis hits.

Abstract
Aim. To analyze the dynamics and structure of Russian-German trade relations in terms of Russia's national interests, including the interests of Russian business. Methodology. The methods of system analysis, comparison, generalization, induction and deduction were used in the study. Results. The dynamics of trade turnover between Russia and Germany is analyzed. The structure of exports and imports of the two countries is analyzed. Attention is focused on the analysis of the trade turnover of the two countries in the context of the development of the manufacturing industry and agriculture of Russia, which corresponds to the national interests of Russia and Russian business. Research implications. The analysis showed that the previous model of relationship, where Russia mainly supplied fuel and primary goods while Germany supplied industrial and consumer products, is becoming out of date. It is being replaced with a new model, contributing to the economic growth which is urgently necessary for Russia in conditions of confrontation with the West. This tendency should not only be stated but should be supported by the Government and nationally oriented business in every possible way.

Abstract
Aim. To develop a model for integrating the mechanism for ensuring economic security into the development strategy of an enterprise. Methodology. To achieve the aim, the following research methods were used: generalization and abstract-logical analysis; economic, mathematical and logical modeling. Results. The logical model of integration of the mechanism for ensuring economic security into the development strategy of the enterprise has been improved; its distinction lies in the formation and further development of regulated relationship between the stages of its development and the functional-subject areas of the corresponding mechanism in order to obtain quantitative and qualitative results. Research implications. The significance of the results lies in the development of an appropriate model and, as a consequence, a draft strategy for the economic security of the enterprise, the structural elements of which are supported by recommendations for their filling and further implementation.

Abstract
Aim. To study of the readiness of industrial complexes to implement transformation strategies and digital transformation. Methodology. A methodology for assessing the resource, personnel, structural, industrial, managerial, cultural and institutional readiness of industrial complexes to implement change strategies is developed, which is characterized by the use of modified Shewhart control maps and coordinate diagnostic tools. Results. The assessment of the level and dynamics readiness for implementing transformation strategies at 14 industrial complexes from different regions of Russia was carried out. Financial, managerial and other problems that complicate the transformation of enterprises are identified. Research implications. The proposed methodology develops the tools of strategic analysis of industry and can be used in preparing enterprises for the implementing the strategies for innovative development, technological modernization and digital transformation.

Abstract
Aim. To consider the tasks of forming the business reputation of an industrial organization by building the right information policy. Methodology. In accordance with the goal set, the analysis of scientific and methodological sources is carried out, the issues of determining the corporate policy of information dissemination management are disclosed, the main provisions of the formation of such a policy are highlighted. Results. Conclusions are drawn about the need to form and control the corporate policy of working with information sources for external and internal stakeholders on the basis of the principles defined in the article. This approach creates the necessary conditions for the formation of a stable business reputation of an industrial organization. Research implications. The theoretical significance lies in the fact that the main provisions of the corporate policy of working with information for the formation of business reputation are outlined. The practical significance is due to the fact that the article presents a look at the organization of work with information sources and so-called «black» lists, and provides examples of their types. From the standpoint of managing the protection of the business reputation of an industrial organization, the practical issues of organizing the procedure for responding to unwanted information are outlined.

Abstract
Aim. To create an optimal mechanism to counteract risks in the implementation of innovation activities in the industrial sector of Vladimir region. Methodology. The work uses a set of methods of strategic, comparative, system analysis, graph theory, which make it possible to identify the etiology of risk formation in the implementation of innovative activities in the industrial sector of the regional economy and create a mechanism to counteract them. Results. A detailed analysis of the innovative activities of industrial enterprises in the region was carried out and risks were identified. A mechanism has been created to counter them with a detailed description of the algorithm of actions and testing. Research implications. The work provides a theoretical justification for the mechanism of counteracting risk situations in the implementation of innovative activities of industrial enterprises in the region. The resulting mechanism allows you to optimize control and risk management. The mechanism developed by the authors and the developed strategic and tactical measures contribute to increasing the competitive advantage among specific organizations of the electrical appliance manufacturing industry of Vladimir region.

Abstract
Aim. To study the problems of competitiveness of industries and their impact on ensuring the economic security of Russia. Methodology. The changes in the organization and management of enterprises of the industrial complex are studied, which are significantly influenced by modern world trends: digital transformation, intelligent automation, artificial intelligence. When conducting the study, general scientific and problem-oriented research methods were used, including observation and generalization. Results. As a result of the analysis of the current state of the economy, significant problems were identified for many Russian enterprises, in particular, the use of outdated technologies, as a result of which the products of domestic industrial enterprises are uncompetitive. It is noted that the ongoing reforms do not solve the problems of the industrial sector, but cause an even greater decrease in the pace of its production. Research implications. The Russian industrial complex faces a difficult task - to find the necessary resources to improve its own industrial production and strengthen the competitiveness of domestic industrial enterprises. Therefore, it is necessary to develop mechanisms for activating investment activities and transferring domestic industry to an innovative development system.

Abstract
Aim. To analyze the current state of digital technologies and their impact on innovative-investment activities of the domestic economy. Methodology. The key research methods were: analytical and economic-statistical research methods and system-integrated analysis. Results. The trends and features of the industrial complex development in Russia and the possibilities of its integration into the world economic system are highlighted; the evolution of methods of information and analytical support and management of innovative-investment activities is comprehensively studied. Research implications. The development of the basic principles of innovative-investment processes in industry in the context of the economy digitalization allowed us to highlight the achievements of digitalization and their impact on the innovation and investment process in the economy.

Abstract
Aim. To consider the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the development of small and medium-sized businesses in Russia, and the economic situation development during the crisis, using the example of the retail market of 2006-2021. Methodology. The Russian shopping segment was investigated in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic in Russia. The index of entrepreneurial confidence in retail trade, retail trade turnover, the average number of employees in retail trade organizations for 2006-2020 were considered. All these indices, including those forecasted for 2021, demonstrate negative values. Results: The analysis revealed that entrepreneurial confidence in 2020 decreased, compared to previous periods, even despite state support, the economic situation deteriorated significantly, and this negatively affected the confidence of entrepreneurs. In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, many enterprises began to lay off their employees, as there was a decrease in retail turnover. Research implications. Based on the results of the study, the author singled out the factors that limit the production activities of business in Russia. The main factors are lack of funds that are needed to open or develop a business; high transport costs and rent, which are included in the costs of organizations when determining taxable profit, and thereby increase the cost of products (goods, works, and services); high competition from other organizations, especially in the retail trade; high level of taxes. The tax burden by types of economic activity during the 2020 pandemic has been investigated; sectors with a large tax burden and industries with a low tax burden are shown.
