Abstract
The paper considers systemic issues of property management of state unitary enterprises of industrial type and procedure of rating risks of inefficient use of property under conditions of reforming. Ways of improving the system were suggested through the introduction of internal control and property management according to levels of responsibility on the basis of economic interests and personal responsibility.

Abstract
A classification of theories of economic studies based both on generally accepted criteria and criteria selected by the author and the reason of such selection are given in this article. Problems of the influence of socio-cultural settings on the studying of the economic cycle and possible explanation of them are marked in the article. The difference between continental Europe and the USA-UK perception of cyclic processes are determined. In addition a regularity of replacement or the main theories of economic cycles are marked.

Abstract
The development of mineral complex at the regional level is allocated many problems, in-cAbstract. The development of mineral complex at the regional level causes many problems including investors’ low demand of the explored undistributed reserves, failure to explore the discovered fields, lack of exploration. The main reason is shortcoming of a comprehensive performance-based approach to address these problems. The reproduction and mineral resource development difficulties are especially alarming in subsidized regions, one of which is the Bryansk region.

Abstract
The article argues that the operating control system of industrial organization should be adapted to the conditions of self-organization continuously and gradually starting with the formation of management of changes structure. The article describes the bodies necessary to be formed to implement this process. The place of management of changes department and its information exchange with other divisions in engineering plant organizational structure are considered.

Abstract
The article suggests a set of scientific approaches to the construction of systems of industrial personnel motivation and reveals the key problems of their formation and development. On the basis of the examined data the authors conclude that the majority of theoretical and methodological approaches to the formation and development of the personnel motivation differ in that the employees of the company act only as a part of the production system in which the relations are built mainly on the economic level.

Abstract
The article deals with the formation of a strategy for sustainable development of industrial enterprises in the Moscow region and gives a brief account of the aims of their structural transformations as well as the necessary task-solving components. Systemic weaknesses of innovative policies and organizational forms of innovation management are analyzed. The author especially focuses on the development of the goals of structural transformations of industrial enterprises and measures taken to stimulate the development of industrial enterprises in the Moscow region. The conclusion is made concerning the role of government in stimulating the problem solving process.

Abstract
The content of advertising media planning is specified. Traditionally the mainstay of media planning is a media strategy, which is usually worked out by the media departments of the Agency in conjunction with the teams of research and development of advertising and marketing, representing the brand. After making a plan the procurement department, sometimes a part of the advertising agency, furthers the product to specific customer segments. Attention is paid to strategic media planning which is based on the analysis of target groups, regions and markets, marketing situation taking account of firms and companies specific participation.

HR-managers widely use cases for staff training, selection and assessment. Case is a structured description of economic, social or work situation proposed for its analysis and possible solutions for learning or assessment of the tested according to set parameters. The ideal option for a company is making an independent case by the personnel manager; therefore this article focuses on the technique for building simple cases.
