The article considers the problems of the securities market regulation in the countries with transition economy. The article studies the main ways of the securities market regulation in the countries of Eastern and Central Europe and Central Asia. In the article case studies were made, comparative analysis of the securities market regulation compliance to the main principles accepted in the world was done, main shortcomings of regulation in different countries were discovered.

The article considers the role of Armenian Diaspora in the life of the Republic of Armenia. The key issues are how the Diaspora has changed since the Soviet collapse and what it represents today. The author highlights the factors that hinder the Diaspora- Armenia relationships and makes suggestions how to enhance its role in the economic life of Armenia and use its potential for Armenia's exploring new markets in Russia and other countries.

This article contains the main characteristics of financial mechanism of the commercialization of intellectual property and their influence on financial flows management. The author also considers the main characteristics of venture capital and its specific features. It's established that venture funds are the main financial channels between innovators and investors and the mechanism of public private partnership in the sphere of the commercialization of intellectual property. The main disincentives of venture industry in Russia have been marked. The author recommends to raise transparency of venture funds activity and to expand public private partnership.

The Far East is the strategic region of the Russian Federation. The experience of economically developed countries all over the world shows that by profiting from its favorable location a region can gain considerable advantages for its economy and residents. The success is launched in the coordinating role of the state, specific business conditions and availability of a centre which coordinates and manages domestic and transit freight flows, etc. Creating such a center in the Far East could become the major factor of the region's economic development.

This article refers to the strategic issues involved with the system of corporate governance in the mining industry in Russia and the aim is to find out more effective schemes and mechanisms for the management of mining corporations. It is therefore proposed to use strategic organizational management system employing modern information technology corporate governance in mining industry-based safe-clean principles that make up a single set. In order to optimize the activities of corporate entities in mining industry it is necessary to apply modeling value drivers with the Archimedes FACX-effective tool for building and managing the model of value drivers.

The questions of customs services quality management in conditions of uncertainty and risk are investigated in the article. System approaches to definition of the concept «risk» are generalized, the interrelation between uncertainty and risk is established, risk factors in customs sphere by various criteria are classified, customs services quality management process in conditions of uncertainty and risk is structurally presented.

The article deals with the problems of tariffication of the expenses of electric power industry enterprises. The structure analysis of economically-grounded expenses and running legislation allows of drawing the following conclusion: it is necessary to develop a technique which would permit defining the principles and order of separate expense accounts according to the kinds of activity of electric power industry enterprises, which would promote more efficient control of expenses, revealing inefficient costs and stimulating timely taken measures to prevent or decrease them.

The article suggests some approaches to identifying and addressing the quality of corporate governance of industrial structures in the metallurgical industry in Russia. In this regard, the role of insurance markets in the assessment of the quality of corporate governance is shown. In order to develop the authorial approach to evaluating the effectiveness of corporate governance of industrial structure in metallurgical industry the authors suggest a method of eliminating shortcomings in the existing techniques of measuring the effectiveness of corporate management.
