of modern societies which has been organized in various
forms since the Age of Enlightenment on the basis
of establishing formal institutes, rules and laws.
Modern higher educational activity problems can be
studied and solved only through the research of social
development of the whole humanity and Russian community

Abstract
There are three models of pension insurance
nowadays: solidary distributive; accumulated and
mixed. Germany is the acknowledged world leader in
creating the national system of social insurance. The
author analyzed the pension model of the Federal Republic
of Germany tracing the interdependence of production
and quotient (private) old-age insurance and
came to the conclusion that the system of private pension
insurance suggested by German economists has
certain relevance for modern Russia.

Abstract
This article is dedicated to the overview
of basic principals and fundamentals of Islamic finance
system, especially with the emphasis on moral and ethical
standards which prevail in the Muslim world. The article
also includes the overwhelming analysis of different
Islamic financial tools and structured finance mechanisms
that can be good supplements and substitutes of
conventional banking products from the point of view of
efficiency and moral standards. The expansion of new
financial vehicles of the kind throughout the global financial
world must be on economic leaders agenda.

Abstract
The article makes a comparison of the
definitions of microeconomic equilibrium presented in
neoclassical theory of equilibrium price and Marxist theory
and examines the concepts supported by advocates
and opponents of the above mentioned theories in modern
textbooks. The author proves that the equilibrium
position of a given branch in Marxist theory is absolutely
different from the equilibrium in neoclassical theory and
that the neoclassical concept of some branches inevitably
reaching a state of equilibrium in the process of
their development is based on rather controversial and
unreal assumptions.

Abstract
The article substantiates the view that the
Mongol conquest seriously ruined Rus economy when
Russian peasants had to allocate up to half of their income
to pay tributes. This circumstance hindered the
formation of feudal institutes in Northeast Russia. As the
author proves, incomes of furs sale couldnt compensate
for the countrys losses during the Mongolian period.
The authors conclusions are based on the norm of
a feudal rent in the Novgorod republic and calculations
of Novgorods fur trade returns, as well as on recent archaeological
data.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the problems of
formation of economic liberalism. The study offers a
new treatment of the given phenomenon in the second
half of the 18th century. F. Kenes ideas can be hardly
called liberal in conventional understanding of the word
as he offered restriction of private loans and direct state
interference in economy. A. Smith is considered as an
opponent of feudal Europe, whose liberalism should be
considered as a reaction to the supremacy of aristocrats
in his epoch.

Abstract
The article reveals the specificity of modern
innovative ideas management. The author studies
the role of management models in modern innovative
management. At the heart of research is the analysis
and comparison of existing ideas management models,
determination of their advantages and defects. On the
basis of the analysis the author offers us the concept
of a field innovative team. The given concept is based
on original method of reverse movement of innovative
impulse and is summoned to solve the problems
of searching and forming innovative ideas directly in
knowledge sources.

Abstract
The paper studies the existing methods of
efficiency estimation of tax bodies activity. The positive
and negative sides of the analyzed methods have been
revealed. The authors drew on the obtained data to generate
the rules of constructing a complex system of estimation
as competently developed method will allow of
receiving objective information on formation and accumulation
of the systematized base for dynamic analysis
of tax bodies activity.

Abstract
The article considers the issues of designing
logistics systems using fuzzy integrated model. The
authors analyzed some approaches to net planning and
revealed the stages of logistics cycle of order and their
duration. The nature of fuzzy net model identifying duration,
resources and coefficient of labor tension is revealed
and offered for designing logistics systems. The
procedure of normalizing is presented.

The article states the decisive role of hitech
and science intensive branches in innovative modernization
of all other branches of the domestic industry
and realizing the strategy of innovative break. The
approach to a level estimation of hi-tech branches is
detailed, developed and specified. The method of estimation
of a hi-tech indicator, which is based on specific
manufacture weight in branches of various technological
intensity, is developed.

to control system. The article presents some variants
