Abstract
Modern society exists and develops in a dynamic environment. The socio-economic environment of states undergoes inevitable changes. The factors causing such changes are globalization and regional integration. In this connection a variety of approaches to integration process management are suggested. Research in the area of economic integration is a promising direction in management and economic theories. The Customs Union has become a marked event in the development of Russia’s economy and determined the perspectives for the Eurasian integrative process. Innovative technologies of information systems make a basis for customs administration and management of the united economic space integration.

Abstract
The article examines the results of consumers’ preferences study in the market of country real estate. The article shows the stages of the process of selection of suburban real estate by consumers and analyzes the most important criteria for the comparison of urban and suburban real estate. The authors identified the basic features of real estate objects governing customer’s choice. Based on the research a proposition was made to classify consumers according to the motives of their purchase, some characteristics being specified, i.e. status-oriented, “tired of” megacity, family-oriented, garden-keepers, investors.

The articles draws up the guidelines for the development of human resource potential in customs service, substantiates the use of distance learning technologies, describes the automatization of the processes of planning, implementing, analysis and control of training by means of intelligent information systems, based on individual professional development plans for civil servants, which will prepare highly competent professionals in the field of customs.

Abstract
The article considers the main paradigms for the study of economic behavior of individuals: neoclassical direction, Keynesianism, institutionalism and neoinstitutionalism, marxism and behavioral theories. The paper highlights that each of these theories focuses on certain aspects of the economic behavior of individuals. For example, the neoclassical model concentrates on maximizing behavior, institutionalism argues the influence of external factors (institutions) on this behavior, neoinstitutionalism dwells on opportunistic behavior, etc.

Abstract
Accounting plays a significant role in the world of business, through its contributing to obtaining information, required by several groups of people called users of accounting information. This article is focused on the classification of users of accounting information on the outlining of reasons they use this information and what they want to get from this information as well as on the definition of its role and advantages. This study has shown that both individuals and corporate users of accounting information needs its various kinds and for instance, all business transactions and events. The classification and analysis of accounting information facilitate the users defining its benefits as well as influence decision making processes pertaining to financial positions and economic performance of business companies. Otherwise stated, in the absence of proper accounting information, decision making would be hardly feasible.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the specifics of implementation of complicated energy engineering projects in Russia. The main problems of the Russian power industry engineering are identified in accordance with the stages of project implementation. The authors suggest large scale introduction of project-oriented management methods into companies’ activities for increasing their competitiveness in the world energy market. The main tool to achieve optimum indicators of time and cost of the project is an obligatory compliance of local schedules of projects at various levels of management. This is illustrated by example the main levels of project management and the corresponding key zones of responsibility.

Abstract
The article investigates the brigade form of labour organization as a factor of increasing the competitiveness of economically active population. The author substantiates the basis of formation and distribution of a brigade method of works, argues the role of primary labor organizations in the development of professional qualities, qualifications of workers and in increasing their competitiveness. The characteristic types of brigades in the industry are presented. The dependence is revealed of the level of competitiveness of workers on qualitative characteristics and efficiency of brigades. Some methods of evaluation of competitiveness and categorization of brigades are offered.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the prospects of intra-organisational integration of functional university subsystems on the basis of creating a project office responsible for development and realization of calendar event scheduling. University development aimed at improving intraorganisational integration will enable to increase the quality of university educational services according to the competence-based approach to the assessment of education results. It will also provide greater competitiveness, which is well-grounded by the analysis of market structural conditions for university graduates given in the article.

Personnel management is an important aspect of management activities in an organization. The system of personnel management acquires much importance under the conditions of strategic changes. Being the part of Customs Union and the World Trade Organization the Customs Service of Russia switches to innovative development. More skills and competencies of customs staff are demanded. Thus, innovative personnel management in customs bodies becomes relevant area of research.

The article considers the problem of managerial decision-making regarding the selection and implementation of investment projects in high-tech industries. The method of comparative evaluation of expediency of investment projects of creation of science-intensive products. Its distinctive feature is the provision of optimization and best use of limited resources between several alternative projects, none of which is best for all criteria of efficiency.

Abstract
In modern economic conditions industrial companies implementing big scale expensive projects, make considerable investments in project management as a strategic competence along with human resources development, marketing and other spheres. This is caused by the necessity to take into consideration company’s priorities and imperatives while working on the project. Such strategic vision can be achieved on the basis of the corporate culture of project management, developing models of competencies of a company in project management or by introducing the models of maturity of a company. Making project environment is closely connected with socialization and trust. The article focuses on the national peculiarities of social responsibility and trust development and their use as stimuli for project management efficiency.
