Abstract
The article provides a retrospective analysis of domestic and foreign experience in building a socially-oriented economy and identifies the prospects for improving the model of a socially-oriented economy and its implementation. The considered methods are aimed at stable economic development of the national economy through effective international cooperation. As a result of the comparison of foreign and domestic experience of state intervention in the economy, a conclusion was made about promising methods of economic regulation.

Abstract
The article considers current global economic and technological trends of modern economy affecting the transformation of the labor market and the formation of new socio-economic needs of workers. All the changes associated with the transition to the phase of recovery growth with the subsequent digitalization of the economy determine the entrepreneurial mood and intentions in building an internal personnel policy affecting the training and retraining of the most required professionals. Traditional and remote forms of employment are being transformed into innovative remote forms of employment and workers' skills are becoming digital. The concept considered by the authors will allow the government to implement the innovative development of the country's economy accompanied by the creation of high-tech and high-performance jobs, with basic digital skills and specialties being identified.

Abstract
The article discusses the issue of a competitive status of research and production organizations in unstable economy in terms of viability, competitiveness, adaptation, and organizational sustainability. The authors identify the most important factors of organizational sustainability and reveal the sources of its improvement. It is concluded that a methodology and sustainability assessment techniques are required to reveal the most promising organizations having an experience in fundamental and practical research. The theoretical and practical value of the article lies in the opportunities it provides for differentiating research and production organizations according to the degree of their sustainability and perspectives of development in particular industries.

Abstract
Online fitness services have a number of differences from traditional services provided in fitness clubs, and as a result, its own promotion features. This article addresses the key issues of using SMM tools to promote online fitness services and attempts to evaluate their efficiency. It can be assumed that the use of SMM tools is an inexpensive and effective way to attract potential customers and increase the loyalty of the target audience to the product in the online fitness services market. The research methods of the study include observation, experiment and analysis.

Abstract
The article discusses the strategies aimed at the development of competition in the key sectors of Russian economy, as well as the process of gradual transfer of certain areas of natural monopolies into a competitive market. The authors provide a detailed analysis of the terms required for the implementation of the strategies. Based on the analysis an axiological paradigm of competition was formed, taking into account global challenges associated with the development of modern economy. The authors argue that for the consistent development of competition a unified system should be built on the basis of phased interaction of key components, the main of which is the National Strategy for Competitive Development in the Russian Federation for 2018-2020. For the effective development of the unified system of competition in the Russian Federation it is necessary to introduce federal standards and make use of regional road maps. The outcomes of the analysis allowed the authors to identify the main challenges impeding the development of competition in the subjects of the Russian Federation.

Abstract
This article studies the features of the functional models of health care systems in developed countries and proposes a new concept of health care development in Russia and reorganization of management at medical institutions. The author considers the models of health care systems in Germany, France, Austria, Switzerland, the USA, Scandinavian countries, Great Britain, Denmark, Ireland and others, revealing fundamental differences between them. On the basis of the analysis of the peculiarities of foreign health care systems a number of measures for improvement of the Russian health care system were suggested.

Social protection is a priority direction of the state policy in developed world countries. At present Russia cannot be considered a model of the effective use of measures of social protection, so the system of social protection in Russia needs rapid improvement. The author of the article makes some recommendations how to improve the system of social protection of the Russian people and provide them with social guarantees.

Abstract
The relevance of the subject of the research is determined by poor quality management at all levels of the system of housing and communal services in Russia, insufficient study of the specifics of this type of management and also the necessity to increase management efficiency. Regarding that the issues of management quality are understudied in modern literature, the author proposes a program of management focusing on the consumer of housing and communal services. It will allow both to increase the quality of management in housing and communal services in the context of its development, structural dynamics, interrelation of its elements and also to resolve a contradiction between the government purposes (development of competition in the market of housing and communal services), commercial organizations (receiving maximum profits) and the population (receiving high-quality and cheap services).

Abstract
The article presents the results of the research on the study of the features of monitoring the innovation potential of high-tech knowledge-intensive enterprises as one of the most important conditions for ensuring their successful innovation activity. The author analyzed the recommendations of a number of researchers on the implementation of monitoring and suggested the sequence of its stages, formulated requirements for documenting and interpreting its results, developing the necessary response measures, including sound management decision making. The analysis showed the prospects for the use of modern information and analytical methods and tools in monitoring. It is concluded that the procedures of innovation potential monitoring are indispensable in successful innovation activities of enterprises in competitive environment.

Abstract
This paper discusses the formation and development of intellectual capital as an important factor in the effective activity of enterprises of engineering industry. The definition of intellectual capital is given. The authors analyzed current directions of engineering production development, defined the tasks of managing intellectual resources of a machine-building enterprise and designed techniques for managing intellectual capital in the industry under study. The measurements of intellectual capital were grouped and the main criterion for managing intellectual resources of a machine- building enterprise is proposed, with its specific features being identified. The authors managed to update the problems of modern engineering industry.

Abstract
The purpose of the article is to analyze the main directions of management in the context of the development of digital-communication systems. Practical experience of transforming the world model of organizational management is analyzed. The analysis showed the importance of introducing digital practices in all sectors and spheres of human activity. In conclusion the authors make some suggestions concerning the introduction of digital technologies to improve the effectiveness of organizational management.

Abstract
The article considers e-Commerce at the present stage of development. Further development of e-Commerce is a key driver of the growth of all trade and economy as a whole. In this regard, it is extremely important to assess not only the current state of the global e-commerce market, but also to identify promising trends in its development. This study aims at examining and assessing the current state and prospects for the development of the world Internet trade to predict new trends in the development of Russian e-Commerce. To achieve this goal, the author revealed the essence of e-Commerce, analyzed the dynamics of e-Commerce world market, identified the key trends of e-Commerce further development.
