The article presents the results of predicting
a six-dimensional aggregate of economic data of
Russia and Germany for the period up to 2071. The
forecasts have been obtained with the regard for manydimensional
dependence of the predicted parameters
as it is reflected in statistics of the United Nations Economic
Commission for Europe during 2001-2009 (for
Russia) and 1990-2009 (for Germany). The forecasts
have been compared by population, GDP, import, direct
investment in the country and Consumer Price Index.

At present real estate tax exists in more
than 130 countries. Taking into consideration that
by present there is a great experience of real estate
taxation, we can suggest its application on the territory
of Russia. The introduction of real estate tax will make
it possible not only to reduce the number of taxes from
juridical and physical persons, but also to establish
unified approaches to determine tax base, which will
be founded on the estimation of market value of the
corresponding real estate objects.

The paper considers economic and mathematical
tools to estimate innovation projects and
management of their implementation. The necessity
of the development (and specification) of these tools
arises from the fact that after the crisis of 2008-2009
discrepancy appeared between the need to speed up
innovation development of the countrys economy and
suspense in solving many of theoretical and practical
problems connected with it. The usage of the suggested
methodological approaches, models and the system of
indices permits one to reduce the expenses of innovation
activity of the enterprises and raise its efficiency under
the conditions of unstable development of Russian
economy in post-crisis period.

The most preferable strategy of economic
development is the one with a considerable share
of state regulation of the market. Undoubtedly some
particular questions within this strategy (the share of
privatization of heavy industry, the share of fixed prices,
and the amount of taxes) are solved differently in various
programs. But what unites all of them is comprehension
of a considerable role of the state in economics.

The paper considers the theoretical bases
of forming business processes of industrial enterprises.
The authors define the spheres of staff, marketing, innovations,
technologies, commerce and logistics management
subsystems, with the functions of customer
relationship management being determined.

It has been found out that industrial risk
is naturally connected with the functioning of an enterprise,
its aggregate goals and tasks. The article suggests
an approach to creating a subsystem of industrial
risk management by means of forming a contour of efficiency.
The efficiency is directly dependent on management
decisions, the development and results of which
are connected with a certain measure of different kinds
of risks and requires the creation of a business model
adapted to them.

The usage of complex approach to assessment
of efficiency of inner manpower audit allows
of seeing the system of staff management as a whole
incorporated into a common system of management of
organization.
The essential problems of effective functioning of
manpower audit are, as a rule, connected with the interpretation
of the received data: the objectiveness and
difficulty of the assessment of the level of importance.
Declining the level of such risks is a priority-driven job of
manpower audit service of organization.

The paper is concerned with the problem
of raising the efficiency of enterprise management on
the basis of the usage of a balanced system of indices
as an element of strategic management. The considers
the process of introduction of the system of efficiency
indices at Mikoyan Meat Processing Plant Corp. which
allows to raise the quality of the enterprise management
in general.

Health resort activity has not been fully
provided with legal basis yet. However the condition and
degree of order of the legal base of health resort activity
are indices of efficiency of state policy in this sphere.
The paper considers the key aspects of the legal base
of health resort activity as well as the directions of further
development of legal regulation and state support of the
resort sphere of the Russian Federation.

The article considers the peculiarities of
enterprise planning under the conditions of constant internal
and external changes of enterprise environment.
Interconnection between the figure of present enterprise
share and external and internal environmental factors
influencing this figure is established. The author suggests
conducting the analysis of the factors and the degree
of their influence by means of economic and mathematical
modeling, the fuzzy-set theory in particular.
The advantages of the theory have been explored and
possibility of its application to planning and optimization
of industrial production depending on the chosen factors
has been shown. The degree of influence of the chosen
factors on the change of enterprise market share has
been measured.

The article deals with the kinds of motivational
programs to promote sales of seasonal goods by
the example of wet wipes market. The kinds and models
of such programs, their differences and examples of application
at the Russian market are described. The author
shows some variants how to reduce expenses and
raise the sales by means of the programs stimulating
sales and diversifying companys range of goods. The
article proves the necessity of applying the motivating
programs at the markets of highly seasonal goods, their
importance and role they play for the companies that
want to raise the sales and reduce the expenses.
